This year, our Year 6 children visited Winmarleigh Hall in Preston for their residential visit. They spent a week at Winmarleigh Hall learning new skills including climbing, raft building, buggy building and archery. We value our residential visits greatly, not only for the new skills that the children learn but also to allow the children to challenge themselves and experience things out of their comfort zones. The children always have a brilliant time and work on skills such as team work, resilience and learn lots about being independent.
Have a look at the photographs below to see some of the things that the children got up to this year.
